The service providers that support this website are: Cloudflare (hosting, security and content delivery); EmailJS (delivers the messages you send through our contact and support forms to our inbox); Google Maps (the map on our contact page, loaded from Google only after you accept optional cookies or choose to load it); the YouSafe site assistant and support chat, which runs on our platform at portal.yousafeconsultancy.com, stores conversations with our database provider Supabase, and uses AI providers to generate assistant replies; and, only if you accept optional analytics, Google Analytics. Accounts, orders, payments and work with independent attorneys or consultants take place on YouSafe Market (market.yousafeconsultancy.com) and are covered by the YouSafe platform Privacy Policy at legal.yousafeconsultancy.com/privacy/.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encrypted storage of sensitive documents, secure communication channels, restricted access to client files, and HTTPS encryption on every page of this website. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of each page. Google Analytics uses cookies (such as _ga) and an online identifier to measure visits; we use it only to understand which pages are useful, not for advertising. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also counts page views and measures page performance with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or local storage. The map on our contact page comes from Google Maps. It stays off until you accept optional cookies or select “Load map”, and Google may set its own cookies once it loads. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.
