1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by YouSafe Consultancy UK ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Kyle M Walker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. YouSafe Consultancy UK is based in London, United Kingdom, and provides education planning, student document preparation, and settlement support services to international students seeking to study in the United Kingdom.

2. Services Provided

YouSafe Consultancy UK provides administrative and advisory support including, but not limited to: Student visa document preparation, university and college admission support, Graduate Route document checklists, settlement support, and ongoing mentorship packages. We do not provide legal representation, and our services do not guarantee any specific government, school, employment, or immigration outcome.

3. No Guarantee of Approval

While YouSafe Consultancy UK strives to provide accurate and helpful administrative guidance, we cannot and do not guarantee approval of any visa, permit, school admission, employment authorisation, or immigration application. All government decisions are made solely by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), the Home Office, or other relevant UK government authorities. Our role is to help you organise materials, understand instructions, and prepare complete submissions.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all documents and communications. You are responsible for meeting all deadlines set by educational institutions and government agencies. You agree to promptly respond to requests for additional information or documentation. You understand that misrepresentation to immigration authorities is a serious criminal offence under UK law and may result in criminal prosecution, permanent bars to immigration benefits, and removal.

5. Fees and Payment

Service fees are outlined in your service agreement and must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. We accept credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. All fees are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise specified. Government fees (such as UKVI application fees, visa application fees) are separate from our consulting fees and are paid directly to the relevant authorities.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

YouSafe Consultancy UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for delays or denials by UK government agencies or educational institutions.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any fees incurred up to the termination date. Refunds for terminated services are subject to our Refund Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
